Welcome to Mr. John Transfer. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a booking.

General
This website and the services offered are operated by Mr. Jhon Transfer, located at Calle Ejemplo, 123, Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
Use of our platform and services is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made via our website, email or telephone.
Payments must be completed before the service is provided, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
In the event of cancellation, the refund policies described in the “Cancellations and Refunds” section will apply.

Services
Mr. John Transfer offers private transfer services, minibus hire, party bus hire and other transport related services in Mallorca.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings that do not comply with our internal policies or that may compromise the quality of service.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including pick-up location, destination, number of passengers and luggage.

7. Obligations of the client
   The customer must be ready at the agreed time and place for the service.
   Baggage allowance is subject to the conditions specified during the booking. Excess baggage may be subject to additional charges.
   The customer is responsible for the care of their belongings during the transfer. Mr. John Transfer is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

   
   Cancellations and refunds
   Cancellations by the client:
   Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be entitled to a full refund.
   Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

   
   Cancellations by Mr. John Transfer:
   If we are unable to carry out the service for unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be given or an alternative will be offered.

   
   Liability
   Mr. Jhon Transfer cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions or unforeseen events.
   We are committed to providing services in accordance with high standards of quality and safety.
   
   

    

8. Conduct and safety
   Passengers must behave appropriately during the transfer. The driver has the right to terminate the service if passengers’ behaviour compromises the safety or comfort of the transfer.
   Smoking, consumption of alcohol or illegal substances inside the vehicles is prohibited.

   
   Data protection

   The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, available on this website. By accepting these terms, you consent to the use of your data for the provision of the service.

   Intellectual property
   All website content, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Mr. John Transfer and is protected by copyright laws.
   You may not reproduce, distribute or modify the content without our prior written consent.

   
   Governing Law

   These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
